1. Pre-Launch Shipping Notice
During the pre-launch phase:
- Orders and payments may not be enabled
- No products are shipped
- Shipping operations will begin after the official launch
- Any delivery timelines mentioned during pre-launch are indicative and subject to change.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping is not available at this time
3. Order Processing Time (Post-Launch)
Once checkout is enabled:
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Ratna Jewellery

- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email
- Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link
7. Secure Packaging
- All jewellery is packed securely to prevent damage during transit
- Tamper-proof packaging is used to ensure product safety
- Customers are advised to check the package before accepting delivery
8. Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
- Orders cannot be redirected once shipped
- In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive:

- Missing items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
10. Delayed or Failed Delivery
Ratna Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues to the best of our ability.
